Our Staff

Each member of our team has a strong commitment to their customers and the ability to effectively manage any challenging or demanding situation. We are proud to have an extremely low staff turnover, with many security officers having worked with us throughout the growth of our company. All of our security officers are provided with full corporate uniform to ensure they always look professional while representing you and your business, including all necessary PPE to maintain high standards of health and safety.

Training & Development

Through both in-house and external training courses we ensure that our team has the skills and expertise to undertake any job, however sensitive or complex. We strenuously adhere and conduct training regarding “Duty of Care” and ensure that before commencement of any duties each officer is trained in dealing with any identified Risk Assessments/Method statements/COSHH Assessments and site-specific hazards. Additional training may include industry updates from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) training. To find out more get in touch.
